Homebuilding, Marketing and Sales Process

We meet the needs of new home buyers across multiple communities and price points by maintaining a substantial inventory of ready-to-build lots and designer home plans. Inventory and pricing challenges rise quickly in high-growth metropolitan markets. We work to alleviate this by providing new home buyers the opportunity to purchase high quality, personalized homes at competitive pricing within a reasonable timeframe.

Once a buyer decides on their plan, lot, and selects interior/exterior finishes and options, our construction process begins. Next on our buyers to-do list? Relax and enjoy watching your beautiful new home come to life.

Approximately one week before your closing date, your superintendent will schedule your New Home Orientation Walk Through. This includes an explanation the RWC Warranty program, as well as maintenance and operational procedures to confirm that everything is ready for your approval.
